The headbands only take a small amount of stretch knit fabric so they are a great way to use up some of your scrap fabric. From fabric scraps to plain old t shirts there are lots of materials you can make into stylish headbands. Measure the width of your hard headband and then choose a piece of fabric that is twice as wide and equally as long. Cut the fabric into a rectangle with those measurements.
