But in a classroom situation a little bit of set up pays big dividends. A lot of hinges need only a 7 16 hole. While a 1 2 hole will accommodate those hinges a cabinet door with a radiused edge will be ruined if you drill 1 2. A small to carry jig was all i wanted.

The concealed hinge jig takes the guesswork out of installing cabinet doors using concealed hinges. Mark correct placement of all hinges needs to match up with the ones on the door then using the mortising template route the mortises on the door frame. So this jig is consisted by two parts. This jig will drill a hole 1 2 in depth and no less.
